Ceramic mug featuring a print of Jacqueline Hammond’s ‘Fly Away’ painting which depicts the seaside at sunset, with flocks of birds in the pastel coloured sky. The beach scene is Brighton, a popular city on the south east coast of England where at dusk the starlings flock to the water’s edge together in huge clouds, wheeling, turning and swooping in unison, perform their jaw-dropping wildlife spectacle, known as a ‘murmuration’.
